Lisa Jordan McCarthy talks of the group effort to open Maple Village Waldorf School in Long Beach, California, halfway between established Waldorf schools in Orange County and greater Los Angeles. Lisa touches on keeping the heart of the school through the development of policies and procedures that growth requires. She is currently Dean of Education and teaches middle school language arts.
