An Interview With My Aunt Marely
Recorded December 3, 2018 Archived December 3, 2018 16:54 minutes
DescriptionMarely has had a great childhood despite the hardships presented to her by the communism in her country of birth (Cuba) and has an interesting ancestry and great parents/grandparents, lots of fun memories, and a lot of experiences that have helped her be who she is now. The development of her career from a bartender to a banquet captain has shown how she has grown in this country and how great her life has been up to this point. Some advice she has given during this interview was that you should pay more attention to what people say to you, if someone tells you something it is for a reason. Also, she said that you should value school and other opportunities given to you. Lastly, living your life the best manner possible is the idea that I got from her interview.
