AS asks ND about her need to share her muslim identity after her undergraduate experience. ND also speaks on the way the muslim community has grown in the valley.
“How do you describe your identity now?” AS asks ND.
ND asks AS about his experience in the mennonite community. He also speaks on being a father to interracial children.
AS talks about the interfaith trust that was built when Faith in Action reached out to the local mosque after the shooting in New Zealand. He asks ND what she remembers from that time.
“In five years, what do you hope our community looks like?” AS asks ND. “I hope change can happen more easily…,” she states.
