Old Town School teachers Barb Silverman and Jess McIntosh talk about teaching at the school, experiences as women in a male-dominated music community, and reflections on their friendship over the years. Barb is a clogger and multi-instrumentalist who performs in a number of bands, including the critically acclaimed Laketown Buskers. Jess McIntosh is a vocalist, fiddler and songwriter who tours internationally as a solo artist, teacher and freelance musician. This conversation was recorded at the school on March 22nd, 2017.
