Sue Willard (64) asks Jamilla Webb (33) about has she learned in her career and what inspired her to become a nurse.
JW talks about how she become a more sensitive person and how she started accepting everyone regardless of their sexual orientation.
SW talks about a time she encountered an issue with a transgender woman. SW accidentally called her by her male name and finally she answer clarifying that her name was different.
JW talks about the challenges she faced trying to get her bachelor's degree-- it took her 10 years to graduate. SW shares her own experiences and tells her that it took her 20 years to finish her education.
SW talks about her career paths and the many different jobs she had before she realized that she wanted to become a nurse.
JW talks about following a false idea of what success was to later find out that what her idea of success was to be good at her job. She says working with HIV patients forces her to keep a different reality.
