In this interview conducted on January 27th 2019, Natalie (17) and grandpa, Doyle (71) talk about his life growing up poor in a coal mining community in Eastern Pennsylvania and his new life after moving to New Jersey and helping his family build houses at the age of 9. He also talks about meeting his wife and joining the National Gaurd and working at the same time to pay for night school. He then had two kids and bought and house. After working hard he talks about how he started his own business and has had a successful life ever since.Participants
