Description

A Marketside Chat with Moscow, Idaho chef and restaurant owner, George Skandalos. As a chef shopping at the Moscow Farmers Market, George talks about the vibrancy of the market and its contribution to the community. George also tells the story of how and why he and his business partner, Carly Lilly, built relationships with local growers, shop at the market, and integrate local produce into the year-round menus at their two farm-to-fork restaurants, Maialina and Sangria.
