Description

I question and speak with my good friend Kianna (19) about her favorite memories, challenges, and overall experience as a body builder. We talked in Lamson Library at Plymouth State University and I learned more about Kianna’s aspirations for her future. Kianna’s past has shaped her lifestyle to stay motivated while she trains for regional competitions. A memorable part of our discussion is when Kianna says “If it was easy anybody would do it.” I feel that this point in the interview is when I truly started to understand how committed Kianna is to her lifestyle. In conducting this interview I found inspiration in Kianna’s high motivation and positivity, I hope that in listening you will as well.
