"I lead a project in partnership with other state agencies called Project HOPE, Harnessing Opportunities for Positive, Equitable Early Childhood Development. It is an equity and early childhood systems project. The idea is that it is not a project that is separate from what we do as state leaders, but it’s weaved into everything that we do. Equity is something that we discuss and equity is something that we strive to achieve."
