Description
In December 2017 I had the privilege of interviewing Mary Chijioke. Mary is the youngest of 5 children of Douglas and Alice Wardell Graffin of Chappaqua, New York, USA. She is the wife of Mark Chijioke, and together they have 3 kids. In Nigeria, Mary is known as a "Naija wife" - a non-Nigerian married to a Nigerian. However, she is very Nigerian after pouring herself into Igbo culture. Our chat takes us back to her heritage, how she met Mark and their love story, and her involvement in providing relief to Biafra during the war. It is definitely a fascinating story!Participants
