DescriptionListen as my step-father speaks about his life as a teenager, as a child and his current life. He speaks fondly of his grandmother and parents as they always treated him nicely and made him who he is today. We learn of his wide range of jobs as a young man his his current interest in careers. He speaks of how he spent his childhood playing soccer during school and taking care of his family's cattle in his village. Regarding his current life, he describes the love of his life as my lovely mother. He says last year's election outcome has put a lot of hurdles on the latin population here in the U.S. but as hispanics we are strong willed and are able to overcome those hurdles. We also learn that religion was never something that affected him in his life. In the end Wilmer wants to be remembered as a kind person who did good in his life.
