Lynn (L) shares how she got to UT Austin, and they both discuss joining the Business Honors Program (BHP).
Mitch (M) asks what L remembers outside of the BHP, from professors she had to conferences she attended.
L remembers the student leaders during her time at McCombs, and remembers a time when M challenged her by asking how she was going to change the world.
L considers the benefits of working at a large company versus a startup, particularly the professional development opportunities.
L considers the leadership skills she developed at McCombs outside of the classroom. She also talks about working at Coors.
L reflects on her experiences with mentorship, both as a mentee and mentor, and how she’s worked to promote diversity and support through her Women Who Mean Business organization.
