Mark (67) and Luke (33) have a One Small Step conversation in Charlottesville, Virginia. Mark opened Charlottesville's hallmark running store, Ragged Mountain Running and coaches running for the community. Luke served in the Peace Corps in Mozambique and is currently serving as UVA's Peace Corps Campus Consultant/Recruiter. Mark discusses the way he has seen Charlottesville transition over the last 50 years and Luke shares his journey with mental health over the years and life after the Peace Corps. The pair bonds over the importance of "walking the walk, and talking the talk".
