They discuss long held traditions, arranged marriages and the struggles of being an immigrant. Lipe recounts her childhood memories, and her experiences in having gotten an arranged marriage. The two discuss the importance of religion and what it means to them. Lipe also discusses what it was like to immigrate to America, not speaking the language, and the struggles she faced while getting her degree in teaching. She dives into her regrets an her legacy, and what she would like to be remembered as.
