Person in Charlotte conversations were engaged in response to Black Lives Matter (BLM), as a way for us to learn more about racism in America. We are meeting with our friends who have graciously agreed to have an open conversation with us about their personal experiences with racism.Person in Charlotte is rooted in the principle that we are all people from somewhere. It is this single common thread that unites us all. We meet for shared conversation in this universal space, seeing each other as ‘people’ before anything else.
