00:01 My name is E.A. walters. I am 16 years old. Today is the 14th of November, 2022. I'm speaking with Corbin, Legal name James Remington

00:14 Thanks.

00:15 Who is my slight friend?

00:20 Slight friend. Okay.

00:22 Recording this interview in Ale, Indiana. There we go. What are you proudest of in your life?

00:31 My proudest of in my life? Um, let's see. Probably honestly my grades. Yeah. As, like, a kid, I was, like, really bad about getting grades. Like, good grades. I failed, like, half of my classes up until, like, sixth grade. Yeah, I didn't know you could fail elementary school classes.

01:02 Not gonna.

01:03 L. Yeah, they just kind of pass you on anyways. But my freshman year was the year that Covid hit and, like, was the year that Covid hit, and my grades just kind of, like, weren't great. First of all, I wasn't getting good grades before that. And then Covid hit, and it was just really hard because I'm really bad at doing things online and being, like, self accountable. And then sophomore year, I was like, man, I really need to get my stuff together. You know, I need to be able to do this. So I started putting in a lot more work, and I just kind of started caring more about it. And then this year, I'm getting, like, all A's and I'm doing great.

01:47 Proud of you.

01:47 Thank you.

01:48 That's a big turning stone.

01:50 Oh, yeah. Stone turned in my life.

01:55 I'm guessing she doesn't actually want long answer.

01:57 Yeah, I don't think so.

01:59 How would you like to be remembered?

02:00 How do I want to be remembered? I don't know. I really like people thinking back on me being like, oh, yeah, he was funny. He was just, like, a fun person to be around. I don't really like, you know, other than the people who, like, I'm actually friends with. I don't really care that much if they're just like, oh, yeah, I remember all the good times with him. I just want to be remembered as, like, he was really fun. Like, he was just fun to be around, and I enjoyed being around him. Yeah.

02:31 Thank you for your questions. For the record, we ended on a handshake.

02:37 Okay.
