"Call volume in general is down...there's a lot of people who have really been afraid to go to the hospital so they haven't called us, because they don't want to go to the hospital and risk getting infected with COVID." Robert Quinn, Fire Chief for the Town of Watertown, talks about the fabric of Watertown and how it has changed over the years, his elderly mother, protocol for first responders during a pandemic, and the changing the culture of the fire department facilities during a pandemic.
