DescriptionNoah Petro is a research scientist at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center- which doesn’t seem like much, but it includes being the lab chief of the Planetary Geology, Geophysics and Geochemistry Lab at Goddard and being the project scientist of the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter. We talked to Noah about the differences between past lunar explorations and future lunar explorations, learning to not take rejections too seriously, and how the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter, which was supposed to last two years, has been orbiting the moon for 13 years now.
