Sofia Cavalieri and her dad Marco Cavalieri talk about their family history

In the interview conducted on September 12, 2020 in burlingame CA with my dad Marco Cavalieri(54), he enlightened me with a lot of information, stories, and views on our family history and what his life was like back then. Our italian heritage from my dad's side impacted so many traditions that were passed down from generation to generation. Everyone on my dad's side lived a full and eventful life. My dad shared stories and things that happened in our family's lives such as his childhood to his dad's life where he went from a small home in the mountains of Italy with no electricity to being in Americas national guard and creating a new life for future generations of our family to come. My dad discussed his relationship with his family and traditions that they had, as well as sharing what his childhood was like, Bike rides with friends and family dinners which was a big part of his childhood.
