In this interview, conducted in December 2018 in Plano, Texas, Spencer Kresie (16) interviews his step-father Michael Cavenee (61) regarding his childhood in Iowa and the path of his career. Mr. Cavenee described a large variety of memories, such as the day President John F. Kennedy was assassinated, and several people who drastically influenced his life. He also breaks down his large array of accomplishments, such as the success of his three kids in school, his personal completion of Medical and Law school, and his inability to give up. The achievements of Mr. Cavenee are nothing less than inspirational, promoting the importance of hard-work and true grit. At the end of the interview, Michael Cavenee shares his advice and concerns for the future generations.
