Tousey Wilson talks about living with his parents after having dropped out of Vanderbilt University. He remembers going to Piedmont Park, in Atlanta, Georgia, to witness to the hippies living there.
Tousey remembers meeting the leader of the Children of God and being recruited as a disciple with one of his brothers. He says it was quite inspiring.
Tousey talks about traveling to numerous states with the Children of God and moving up the ranks in the group.
Tousey remembers meeting his future wife, Becky, after being sent to Puerto Rico. Tousey says Becky was to teach the Church of God members how to speak Spanish, as she was bilingual. Tousey says he also met his future Daughter, Jessica Clark, at this time; she was a toddler.
Tousey talks about getting to work with his friend, Larry, starting a print shop in Puerto Rico. He talks about the success of the print shop.
Tousey talks about how weddings were performed within the Church of God. He remembers a tropical storm hitting Puerto Rico the night he and Becky were married.
Tousey remembers his parents paying to have him and his Brother, Pope, kidnapped and deprogrammed. After deprogramming, Tousey says he was told to get a job and stay away from the group for 3 months.
Tousey talks about leaving the Children of God for good and getting a job at a print shop in Marietta, Georgia. He talks about adopting Jessica at this time.
