Ally Eggleton talks with friend, former Michigan Rowing teammate, and Melbourne, Australia native Bec Joyce about the VicEmergency app (which her state of Victoria has created in response to last years bush fires), the events of Black Saturday, and the routine nature of preparing for climate emergencies while living in Melbourne. Bec talks about listening and uplifting the voices of Aboriginal Australians who've inhabited this land for centuries and the knowledge they possess about tending to Australian land.
