Beth Markley (51) helps her uncle Jim Barclay (80) remember his father and her grandfather, a police officer and former security manager at Camp Minidoka- a Japanese internment camp and the impact it had on his life.

In 1942, a 3 year old JB visited a Japanese internment camp where his father worked.
"It was a dry dusty place with some kids that I didn't know why they were there."- JB
JB recalls his father's involvement with police shooting.
JB recalls how his father described the internees at the camp as very nice and how his work there was not difficult for that fact.
"Most of the internees were very loyal American citizens and they were doing their best to cooperate."- JB
