Kelly works at Pacific Sky Supply and does business with the United States Defense Department. She talks about some struggles she has working at a family business (Pacific Sky Supply) and also talks about some of her biggest challenges and Accomplishments. At 2:35 in the interview Kelly talks about how she was not fully respected when she first started working at PacSky because she was a women and the aerospace business is most male. She had to work her way to earn success and was very underestimated most of the time, but she didn't let it bring her down and hold her back.
