Cindy Cutrera was born in Morgan City, LA in December, 1956. A mother and port staff member, she discusses how she and her family use the wetlands of Lake End Park near Morgan City for recreational purposes, which benefited from a beach extension project. She also discusses the important role that the Coastal Wetlands Planning, Protection, and Restoration Act (CWPPRA) plays in preserving the wetlands.
