Conversation with Taylor Shaw, United States Air Force Reserves Veteran

Description

I had a conversation about Mr. Shaw’s service in the Air Force Reserves from 2010 to today. We discussed his journey from JROTC in high school to boot camp and training during deployments. Mr. Shaw shared his insights on leadership and his personal approach to leading groups of people and adapting to changing times. Finally, he shared what service means to him and words of advice for those looking to serve.
