Description
Spoke in Spanish with my mom (age 86 at the time of the interview), who was born in Cuba, eventually moving to Venezuela, where she met and married my dad. She was a college professor for decades before retiring. She came to the US in the late nineties. Around 2008, she began her life with Alzheimer's. In 2014, she stopped living independently. She passed away on Feb. 3, 2018.Participants
