Description
Ingrid Gorman talks with her dad Bill Gorman who had his 85th birthday on April 29, during the COVID-19 crisis. We talk about birthdays when he was a child growing up in the 1940s on the working class side of Madison, Wisconsin, as well as the tiny house they lived in, sibling squabbles, his talent for art, a little bit of sports, a bout with appendicitis, being in the army, and how he wanted to learn a lot about the world when he got to college, on the GI Bill.
