Jackie (age 19) from Falls Church, Virginia and Olivia (age 19) from Hampton, Virginia have a One Small Step Conversation in Charlottesville, Virginia as part of their Public Service Pathways 1-credit UNST course at UVA. Olivia shares the very positive experience religion has had in her life, and the challenges she has worked to overcome in strengthening her faith. Jackie discusses how moving away from her more conservative Catholic school led to her learning about the world in a new, more liberal way. The pair bonds over similar health issues and discusses their seemingly opposing political beliefs.
