Creating Community Through Sharing Stories: Leah Okimoto was born in upstate New York, and after having to move to several places across the country, she settled in Marlboro, Massachusetts, where she cemented her childhood. In New York City, she pursued a music production career on Broadway. After moving to Andover 25 years ago, she founded Aaron’s Presents. The program mentors children, with the goal of encouraging, guiding, and empowering creative young minds to effect positive change in the world, and for them to learn the importance of giving back.
