On September 26, 2018 in Bronx, New York, I (Shabeena Samad) interview Beverly Basdeo (Ms. Persaud). Ms. Persaud is a teacher at Mott Hall V, that teach Social Studies. She is 30 years old and is also a mother of a daughter that is 4 years old and a wife to Mr.Basdeo. Ms. Persaud is also from Guyana and was born and raise in the Bronx and moved to Florida and came back after 9/11. In this interview myself and Ms.Persaud talk about the way that life in Guyana and over here and how her life was affect and based on her culture and the way her and her family grew up that most people that are from Guyana will understand as well as others.
