In this interview, Tianjie Li, the father of Alvin Li, is interviewed during December, 2017 in Novi, Michigan about his life, and what he thinks of it. TJ begins by sharing his childhood experience, from his economic state, to his favorite sport, soccer, TJ gives a brief expiation of what it was like to be him as a child. Also, he also talks about his proposal, casual, but at the same time romantic. He states that he saw her once a year, but that never kept them from having the love they had. Furthermore, TJ gives the rundown on what truly matters: a happy life. TJ explains that no matter what people think, and no matter what you accomplish, as long as your life is happy and you are satisfied with what you've done, that's all that is important. To summarize, his compelling story and interview has shed light on himself, and how one can overcome the obstacles of moving to a whole other country, and come thrive in a world of unknown.
