Ronak and I discussed his composting initiative that he created with his community. They brought in experts to help set up the program, he held a seminar to explain it, and the community all participates. At the end of each week they bring their composting to the site and create nutrient rich soil from it, which they can then use to garden fruits and vegetables, which serves as a small incentive for the members.
