The interview was conducted by Rebecca Kovach (16) who interviewed her father, Steve Kovach (53). It was recorded on November 23, 2018, one day before Steve’s 54th birthday. It took place in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina in their Grandmothers house. Throughout the interview they discussed Steve’s marriage proposal (25:58) even though the recoding device fell at 27:53, how he was bullied in high school (16:30), and how he originally planned to be a dentist (11:42). He also discusses the three teachers (4:30-5:30-7:48) who itroduced him to music, reading, and the dangers of chemicals.
