Description

About 40 years ago, many Vietnamese people emigrated their country, from the Vietnamese War, to the United States in seek for the life widely known as the American Dream. Although some families still have a hard time to make ends meet despite living in America, they still sacrifice everything they have to make sure their children have a better life than they do. In this interview, I ask my dad a few questions to better understand what his life was like in his home country, Vietnam, and his experience and what he has learned from coming to America.
