Description

If you have enjoyed the Chatham Artists Open Studio tours, you’re likely to be acquainted with Vidabeth Bensen as a talented screen print artist. What you may not know is that she avidly pursued her art and taught her craft all over the world. Early in her marriage, her husband was offered a position in Turkey, teaching in a Department of Defense elementary school - and they took the leap. For the next 27 years, Vidabeth and her family relished the opportunities that came with living overseas in places as diverse as Turkey, Korea, Europe and Japan. In each place she practiced her craft and taught her passion for art and expression.
