I interviewed my grandfather, Ronald Higginbotham, about his life and some of his favorite memories and people from his life.

This was an interview with my grandmother, Mamawa Sieway Kaisamba. During this call, we talk about her upbringing, her life coming to America, and how she reflects on her life now being 73 years old.

We discussed the differences between childhood aspirations and current ones. We also discussed how Katy’s goals have evolved throughout the years and why they have changed.

We talked about what it was like for my mom growing up the oldest of 11 children in the Upper Midwest, about my mom's religion/spirituality (Catholicism), and about my mom's parenting of me and my three older sisters.
