My Mom is Brigitta Woodward, born and raised in Kalrsruhe, Germany, and 59 years young. My parents married in Germany when my mom was 32, and she left her life there to move to upstate New York with my siblings...

We talked about my grandmother growing up in Starkville, MS. We discussed work as a teacher, and lessons she has learned in life.

We gave a little background on us and talked about events in the past year (2018) and thoughts about the year to come.

We get together every year to celebrate my dads birthday in heaven. This year I wanted to interview my mom about my dad.

We talked about what it was like growing up during his time, his jobs, spirituality, and career path.

We talked about my Dad’s experiences coming to America and living here as a green card holder and then later as a naturalized citizen. We also spoke about his relationship with my mother.
