My mother told me about her childhood and how was her first day in the US

I talk with my Mexican grandmother about her life and experience.

We go over the life of my grandmas childhood until going into present day.

This interview is about my grandma’s early life when she was growing up in Chiapas, Mexico. We talk about her family, her school, and her goals.

My mom’s story of migrating to the United States from Mexico and explaining the difference between the two and how our lives were growing up without a dad.

A 30 minute interview with my grandfather (75 years old) who lives in Mexico while I (13 years old) am in America. We discuss some fun questions and get to know each other better.

On December 10th Anabella Wade interviewed her grandfather Jorge Leyva. He lived in Tijuana and went to school learning English. In Tijuana he met his love juanita Leyva and moved to America and had 5 children.
