This is the story of how my 65 year grandmother came to the United States and was able to provide for her and her children.

I interview my good friend about his life, we discuss immigration from Monterrey, NL to Laredo,TX and how that impacted his life. Mexican culture regarding family and friendship. Growing up between Mexico and Texas, living on the border.

We talked about his time growing up and his family life. We also talked about his time in the military and what he would like to be remembered for.

Learning more about my lovely mother

My girlfriend Rae and I talked about her parents divorce and how she has overcome it.

During this interview we talked mostly about her childhood and her siblings. They were a large part of her early life and her childhood is very interesting because she grew up in Germany during world war 2.

In this interview my stepfather and I talked about his past with his family. We also discuss how and when his ancestors came in from Germany. We mostly talked about his time in the military and what happened there.
